Dr Mike Comins was introduced to medical aesthetics in 2001, at a time when very few doctors in the UK were practising Botox. He was a founding committee member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and later served as its President.
Alongside his continued work in facial aesthetics, Dr Comins applied his surgical training to body contouring, developing a specialist focus on liposuction. He went on to specialise in VASER liposuction and, in 2008, was accredited to introduce high-definition VASER techniques to the UK. He is widely recognised by colleagues for his expertise in this field.
Dr Comins is a Past President of BCAM and practises at Hans Place Practice.
