What does the Data from the BCAM Clinical Review Really Show?

The British College of Aesthetic Medicine's (BCAM) Annual Clinical Review is one of the most comprehensive collections of real-world data on aesthetic practice in the UK. But what do the numbers actually tell us about patient safety, practitioner trends, and the future of the specialty?

In this session, BCAM Trustee Dr. Deepa Panchalingam will unpack the key findings of the latest Clinical Review, exploring what the evidence reveals about treatment outcomes, complication rates, and evolving patient demographics. She will highlight what the data means in practical terms for aesthetic practitioners, how it can guide clinical decision-making, and why transparency and reporting are critical to raising standards across the field.
